We provide complete green cleaning and sanitizing of vacant and rental homes.  We offer move in and move out cleaning services, post construction clean-up, and rental preparation cleaning.  Most of our cleaning is done with water only, using our vapor steamer to clean and sanitize in one step.  For dirtier surfaces, we use an environmentally safe green cleaner along with the our vapor machine. 

Our machine is equipped with Advanced Thermal Ionic Sanitization (ATIS) technology.  ATIS is ISO Certified, Patent Pending, EPA Registered, ANTI-BACTERIAL /ANTI-MICROBIAL steam cleaning technology proven by a nationally accredited and recognized testing laboratory to kill 99.99% of disease-causing bacteria and mold.
